Our facility has 12 shipping and receiving doors and a fully refrigerated loading dock to ensure complete temperature control for your products. From receiving, processing to distribution, Broadleaf is committed to food safety and undergoes third party audits to ensure that we maintain the highest of standards.
When it comes to Portion Control, Broadleaf knows the business piece by piece. Inside our USDA inspected facility, we have highly trained meat cutters. The Broadleaf “Custom Cut” team undergoes rigorous training and adheres to top quality assurance standards. We understand the importance of portion control in foodservice and satisfy extremely tight tolerances so that your customer gets the right size portion and you control your food cost.
Broadleaf supplies a host of value-added services including Customs Clearance, FDA and USDA Import Inspections. Our highly trained personnel are HACCP certified and are readily available to assist with all your import receiving’s, clearances and storage requirements.
